GFS Stardust is likely to reach a height of approximately 16.2hh at maturity. She is vice free, well handled and an intelligent, kind and sweet natured filly with huge potential either show jumping or eventing. Her paces are also impressive enough for a dressage career too if that is what her new owner wishes to pursue. Her breeding is superb with a versatile amalgamation of performance pedigree in show jumping and dressage. She will make a super prospect for either an ambitious amateur or young professional looking to produce a youngster with enormous talent. Stardust has been professionally handled from birth and is a kind, mannerly young horse with a lovely attitude. GFS Stardust's dam Quirilina Z is a Zangersheide mare who has jumped with success at 1.20 on an FEI passport and has a good BSJA record with her previous amateur owner. Her sire Quirifino Z successfully competed for several years at 1.60m with Ben Maher, coming 4th in the Hickstead Derby among numerous other winnings at Grand Prix level, including competing at the Global Champions Tour 2009 & 2010. He is a very versatile stallion having produced both showjumpers and eventers. He is renowned for passing his laid back nature to his offspring. Quidam de Revel, Quirifino's sire is one of the most influential breeding stallions of all time. His offspring are highly sought after as they have huge scopey jumps, but remain ultra careful. In 2004 Quidam topped the World Breeding Championships jumping stallion ratings for the second year, establishing him as the pre-eminent (and most expensive) living sire of showjumping horses. Quirifino's dam sire Grosso Z produced the international jumping star Goldfever and the international dressage stallion Goethe. GFS Stardust's damsire Lorentin I is a famous Holsteiner dressage stallion which may well explain her phenomenal movement and that of the foals she produces! He competed at Grand Prix level and sired top dressage progeny including L'Acteur and Limocello. Stardust's sire is AES Graded stallion, GFS Lord of the Dance whose breeding is of the rare and desirable Russian Trakehner x Akhal Teke originating from the famed Dovatar Stud with thoroughbred too. His bloodlines hail from the great International Grand Prix and Elite stallion Ashkhabad and Dolina who was a GP show jumping International. The Russian Trakehner is rarely seen outside of Russia. This aristocratic and jealously guarded product of highly selective breeding has proven results throughout Eastern Europe as exceptionally talented performers in each of the three major discipline
