Wildfire is blessed with a kind, gentle nature and calm sensible attitude. He has a fabulous, big and expressive trot and a lovely ground covering canter and would be ideal for someone looking for a big flashy looking warmblood with all of the moves yet an uncomplicated, willing and trainable nature ~ all the potential without the sharp edges!
Wildfire is an absolutely superb example of a modern sporthorse; tall, straight limbed with a strong athletic build and an absolutely beautiful head. He is by the young and promising AES Graded stallion, GFS Fire and Ice and out of ​a rather lovely ex showjumping mare, It's Magic.
This eye catching two year old will hopefully be destined for great things....he boasts super showjumping provenance through his dams pedigree and of course the legendary Rock King and sire of eventers extraordinaire, Bohemond sit proudly on that of his sires.

Wildfire is tall, we expect him to attain a height at maturity of 16.2hh approx. He has the physique of a born athlete and a balanced fluidity in motion that promises great things. His character is engaging and extremely lovable. Gentle by nature, he is a young horse who has a lovely quiet presence and calm intelligence. He is eager to please and a very willing pupil in anything he is taught. He is exceptionally well handled, easily trainable and incredibly sensible in all situations. His stable manners are impeccable, he is vice free and a highly sociable and loving young horse.
He shows enormous presence in motion with rhythmic, fluid movement and a lightness of foot with impressive speed, balance and confidence in his physical capability. He is bold, confident and completely unspooky. This is a really lovely youngster with great potential and a really good brain.
Wildfire is easy to catch, rug, groom, wash, lead, worm and is great with the farrier. He is registered with the AES with full Main Stud Book papers and vaccinated up to date. Open to any vetting.

Fire and Ice's dam, Folly, is a big moving and very powerful mare, retired from Eventing due to an accident.
Folly's Rock, his dam is by the leading sire of event horses Rock King, the sire of the Olympic eventer Rock Model. He also sired four competitors at the 2008 CCI **** at Luhmuhlen.
Rock King was renowned for his fantastic temperament, excellent paces and superb jumping technique. As a four year old Rock King won the Stoneways Potential Showjumper and was in the final twelve for the Young Event Horse Class. From there his career sky rocketed. Sadly, his career was tragically cut short whilst competing at Tweeseldown Horse Trials in 2000 where he sustained a fatal injury. He was at that time already Advanced, accruing over 200 BE points during his short career which would otherwise undoubtedly have seen him feature in many major horse trials.
He was sired by, Just a Monarch. A stallion that has produced many superb competition stock over the years. Many of his proven progeny including the International Event Horses, Kings Jester, Just an Ace and Midnight Monarch, as well as point-to-pointer Mark Methane who has won over 30 races.
Folly's damsire is none other than the legendary Bohemond, HIS Premium stallion and sire of double Olympic event mare Withcote Nellie and dam sire of NZ WEG Team horse Classic Moet, this years Badminton winner.

Out of It's Magic or 'Madge' as we call her! Wildfire's dam is a remarkable mare of both quality and talent. Graded into the Westfalian Head Stud Book, she is by Hogwart the International Grand Prix showjumping stallion and Westfalian Stallion Champion (Concorde/Voltaire/Nimmerdor) This is a stallion of such quality that he is Licensed into the Belgium Warmblood, Holsteiner, KWPN, NRPS (Dutch) and Westfalian Studbooks. Madge is out of a Cassini/Caletto mare whose pedigree is steeped in International showjumpers. Madge is a fantastic big moving mare with powerful, compact conformation, a stunning head and great attitude. Prior to retirement due to a fracture, she was proven in competition to BSJA Foxhunter (see video link beneath). This beautiful horse has a wonderful nature and a lovely intelligent willing outlook. Her foals are superb and to date have all benefited from her sheer class and quality in temperament, talent and beauty.
